The resources were developed through the CBI Jordan programme as part of its work with the tourism sector from 2021 to 2025. The programme supports small and medium sized tourism businesses in Jordan to improve the quality of their products, strengthen their digital presence and become better prepared for international markets.

The goal was to provide practical, accessible tools that help tourism organisations grow, operate more confidently and create long lasting value for visitors, communities and destinations across Jordan.
